I have a client that says that her ends feel like they are flapping out and it’s bothering her. They were totally fine when I put them in and I stitched all the way to the end, so I am not sure what the issue is. She is used to them being flatter with NBR before, so it’s possible she is just used to how those feel, but I’m not sure. So she is coming in next Monday and wants me to try and secure down the ends more. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a trick to securing these ends down without me having to completely redo the entire rows stitching? Thank you!!

I don’t know if this is right but I had that happen once and when she came back I added a super small bead past the starting one. I think I had to go a little above or below? Can’t remember, but then just restitched the front down again. It worked.
Does she feel like it is the weft ends that are flapping out? Or the entire row is flipping and fanning out?
She said it’s just at the very ends
She said the rest of the row is fine, which is why I was hoping to not have to redo the whole thing. She didn’t send me a photo, but I’m guessing it’s not too bad and she is more so just used to them being a little flatter with the previous method? Is there a way to just add a couple stitches at the ends at this point to secure it down more? Or would you remove all stitching and restitch the row? It’s only been slightly over a week since install.
@Mckenzie Turley do you think I should remove and restitch or just try and sew down the last couple inches on the ends?
I had this happen once before and I just did a couple of more stitches on the first two beads to lay it down again. How long has she had them in?
Just over 1 week
