I usually book 5 hours for a 2 row move up with color. (99%get color) Sometimes it takes me 4, but I usually end up taking the whole 5.. I have a lot of blondes! I usually time myself to see how I'm improving. In the beginning it took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes per row, now I'm somewhere between 40-50 minutes. I plan 2 hours for extensions, 2 hours for color and the extra hour for removal and styling.
I like this 👍🏻 I just timed myself yesterday 15 minutes to bead.. 8 minutes to clip wefts.. and 27 to sew I was surprised.. turns out I must be super slow at everything thing surrounding the actually install 🤦🏻♀️
Hi ! I agree it does depend on the person The coloring of the clients hair is a separate tuning for me... I’m about 1 hr 15 min for a row. The wefts slide down and slows me down. I did find that if you after the bottom row is in place... I pin down each pony and the wefts don’t slip and you can see the bottom weft more clearly.
Grey coverage, blowdry and 2 row move up is 3 for me. Highlights or a lot of color I would say 4- 4 1/2 once I curly it. But all those clients come to 2 separate appointments and I have no issues. Two row move up on its own takes my 2 hours, when I first started it took me 3 - 3 1/2 so you will get faster.
I wish I knew. I am having a hard time booking for these. Sometimes it takes me 2 for a move up, sometimes three. Sometimes it takes me 3 for an install and sometimes 4-5. I have found that if I don’t talk, I’m so much faster. With this quarantine schedule, I’ve been telling my people I love them, but I can’t talk right now. Lol they get it
For me it depends by person. I did one row and color yesterday. It took me 4 hours. I feel it should had taken less but she kept moving her head. She couldn't help it but it kept on messing up my bead and wefts placement. I also don't have an assistant.

Me too with the talking!! 🤦🏻♀️
I’m working on it...I did 3 rows in 1.5 hours. Some days faster than others. That was without color.
Wow that’s fast!!!!

Oh my gosh!! Can we just talk about that for a minute!! 🤣 the clients that just can’t sit still and then wonder why it’s taking so long 🤦🏻♀️🤣😂

Sorry for all the typos. New install and color I block 4 1:2 but I tell them 5. I don’t like being rushed and it gives me time for photos.
Perfect thank you!!
