What is everyone’s game plan for rescheduling their clients. I’m in Florida and we are shut down until April 30th. By the time I go back to work it will have been over 5 weeks. I’m in a suite by myself and I’m not sure where to even begin.
Hey girl! I’m in Orlando area! So what I did was sent a heartfelt email basically saying how much I miss them blah blah blah but I told them all future appointments are cancelled and I am using a form to prioritize and efficiently rebook my guests. I will attach pictures of my form.
That’s a really good idea. We’re any of them mad that their appointments were cancelled. I’m booked out into mid June so I’m just worried that those with appointments in May and June will be pissed.
I told ours we are leaving their appointments on the books and when we get an open date we will call them first to rebook
And then the waiting list we will call next
Add you guys clearing your schedule and then just starting where you left off? Or are you keeping all appointments and filtering in the clients that missed their appointments in March and April by working longer hours or extra days? Hopefully that makes sense
That’s what I was kind of thinking too. I’m ok working some longer hours when I get back but I also don’t want to kill myself for 2 months and be completely miserable
See that’s why I had to kinda clean the slate.... I cant work longer hours or more days. My schedule is set bc of childcare. So for me clearing it and essentially moving everyone back made more sense
This is all great info everyone! I’m a few days late to the conversation. Can anyone tell me how to professionally respond to clients that are booked at the end of April and think they “can hold off a few days” I’ve had a few people say that and I have lots of Extension clients booked that will be a month overdue I need to get in. Plus, I’m already booked the first two weeks of May. Still figuring it all out. How do I let them know it’s not just going to be a few days without making them feel like I’m prioritizing people over them.

So basically they have to tell me what services they Will be wanting to rebook and I will make sure I get everyone in that is in the waitlist first

Also is the Jotform or something else?
Honestly. I don’t know but I think they know this isn’t going to end May 1st... I think they are realistic to know this is going to go into the summer

This is what I’m doing; going in order
I felt like it was the fair thing to do😊
Same! And also the easiest for me I thought!
