Best advice I ever had was to let them talk. Ask lots of questions and let them answer. (They want someone to listen to and understands their hair struggles)
Keep your answers short and to the point. Clients aren’t usually interested in all the little details. By all means answer if they ask about them but they usually don’t.
Also, if they want to book with you before the consultation they will! Don’t try to “sell” them. Nobody likes to be sold to. Keep it simple and be confident.
