    Doing another stylist!

I have another stylist from out of town reach out to see if I can switch her from NBR to IBE and Says if she likes the way they feel she will get certified. I don’t want to assume anything but how can I go about making sure she’s not gonna do “research” while I’m doing them to try and learn from me? Turn her away from the mirror? Lol. I don’t want to sound pessimistic just with all that’s going on I want to protect the privacy!!

Even if she sees what you are doing in the mirror let it be known that it is more Detailed than it looks. And it’s all in the details that make it work and not be a disaster. I don’t know about you but I had to practice a few things over and over on the mannequin to get it right. And I watched McKenzie do it several times in her video tutorials. Just seeing it done isn’t going to explain the true method behind it.

I do understand that from a stylist perspective they are wanting to fill it in their head first. It’s really hard to protect in this instance. Just make sure that if she starts asking real detailed questions, that you don’t get into the technique of the fundamentals too much with her. I guess what you can do is tell her how much you enjoy the class and that she should definitely certify😆😘

I have had this same thing happen to me twice now. But they haven't followed through yet. I told them I signed a contract and couldn't go into any detail and they respected that .. But haven't seen them yet. Makes me think that's what they were fishing for!!
