    Any suggestions?

I had a phone consultation with a teenage girl and she was insistent on getting extensions ASAP. We aren’t even allowed to go back to work yet, but I have over 100 clients to get back in, but because I love the teenagers, I made a spot for her on may 27th. She paid the $500 deposit, but I never got my contract signed by her. She has now reached out to another IBE stylist in Georgia, who reached out to me ❤️, and she wants her deposit back or for me to mail her the hair.

And tell her to kindly go fuck herself. She sounds like a royal pain in the ass and you probably don’t want her as a client anyways

Girl😂😂😂 that’s kinda what I wanted to say because she bugged the shit out of me for that appointment. I’m a nice person but this quarantine and out of work stuff has got me on a new level, and she doesn’t even live close to me, so no love lost there.

Lesson learned don’t make exceptions. If you haven’t bought the hair I would refund the money. If you did buy the hair you could send her the hair but don’t refund any money if you do send the hair. That’s what I would do.

She paid a deposit and I ordered the hair so she hasn’t even paid the full price for the hair.

I would just mail her the hair. It sounds like your busy enough! Save that spot for a loyal client

That’s crappy. If she wants the hair you could get the balance and then add charges for shipping the hair to her. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think I’m going to tell her I will give her deposit back once I get my credit from covet and mane. It’s the simplest thing for me, less transactions, and less dealings.

Did you tell her the deposit is non refundable?

If so, I would probably just refund her money and send the hair back to C&M, they will take it back as long as it hasn’t been opened.
